The property is fairly clean with a lovely design, and the English breakfast is absolutely superb. Super hotel staff at the reception desk, everything was great. Awesome location near Chepstow for asad occastion, the racetrack and bar/restaurant next door, it's central.

Had a fantastic stay for one night. I really enjoyed the twin room with a bath, a very comfortable bed, for example. The location was brilliant, the staff was fairly quiet. It was located in a lovely area. The attached restaurant was great for evening meals, great value.
That taxi was missing.

My suite with nice bathroom, lovely modern interiors, for instance was newly renovated. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to shops / pubs, the town centre, and the racecourse, the rooms and the pub.
Definitely, there was breakfast missing.
